Free Accommodation for Our Participants!
Participants of the XII. EJERCongress will be provided with free accommodation during the congress at the student dormitory located within the Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University campus, thanks to the collaboration between Anı Publishing and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University.
Application Requirements
Dear participant,
Please complete the form below accurately and in full.
- Participants of EJERCongress 2025 must apply individually in order to benefit from the free accommodation opportunity. Applications submitted on behalf of more than one person will not be considered.
- Participants who are granted free accommodation will be placed in double, triple, or quadruple rooms. Room assignments will be determined by the Dormitory Directorate of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, and room changes will not be allowed upon request. Additionally, participants will be deemed to have accepted to vacate their rooms on the specified date.
- Female participants will be accommodated in the female dormitory on campus, while male participants will be placed in the male dormitory, also located within the university campus.
- Accommodation is limited to 250 spots for female participants and 250 spots for male participants.
