Participants of the XIII. EJER Congress will be provided with free accommodation during the congress at the student dormitory located within the Mersin University campus, thanks to the collaboration between Anı Publishing and Mersin University.

Application Requirements

Please complete the form below accurately and in full.

• Participants of EJER Congress 2026 must apply individually in order to benefit from the free accommodation opportunity. Applications submitted on behalf of more than one person will not be considered.
• Participants who are granted free accommodation will be placed in double, triple, or quadruple rooms. Room assignments will be determined by the Dormitory Directorate of Mersin University, and room changes will not be allowed upon request. Additionally, participants will be deemed to have accepted to vacate their rooms on the specified date.
• Female participants will be accommodated in the female dormitory on campus, while male participants will be placed in the male dormitory, also located within the university campus.
• Accommodation is limited to …. spots for female participants and …… spots for male participants.
